Soft matter science deals with the effects of mechanical or thermal fluctuations close to room temperature. A significant development in recent years has been the inclusion of active matter. This two-day-long meeting, jointly organized by the University of Hyderabad (UoH, School of Physics) and TIFR Hyderabad (TIFR-H), aims to bring together both experts and young researchers to foster discussion and collaboration.
