Please take a metered taxi (KSTDC, Meru, Mega Cabs) from the Bangalore International Airport to reach the place of accommodation. These taxis can be booked at their company counters before the exit or be found at the stand outside.

Approximate taxi fare from Airport to International Guest House (I-house), JNCASR, Jakkur campus is Rs.500/- – Rs.600/- (approx.) and from Airport to Jawahar Visitors' House (JVH), Gymkhana grounds, Indian Institute of Science is Rs.650 – Rs.750/- (approx.).

To International Guest House (I-house): Please take any bus from the airport towards the city centre (Rs.120/-) and get down at "Byatarayanpura signal". From there please take an auto rickshaw (Rs.40/-) to reach JNCASR.

To Jawahar Visitors' House (JVH): Please take bus from the airport towards the city centre (Rs.120/-) and get down at "Mekhri Circle". From there please take an auto rickshaw (Rs.50-70/-) to reach JVH.

To reach International Guest House (I-House):

1. You can take bus number 286D or 286F from the "Majestic Bus Stand" which is opposite to City Railway Station. Please get down at "Srirampura crossing" from where the main gate of JNCASR is about 30 meters.
2. You can also take any bus from Majestic towards "Yelahanka" and get down at "Byatarayanpura signal". From there please take an auto rickshaw for Rs.40/- to reach JNCASR.
3. You can take prepaid autorickshaw for Rs.150 – 200/- is also an option to reach JNCASR.

To Jawahar Visitors' House (JVH):

1. You can take any bus from Majestic (opposite to City Railway station) towards “Yashwantpura” and get down at “ Prof. CNR Circle” or IISc (locally known as Tata Institute). Once you get down please ask the direction to reach JVH from IISc security (walkable distance from IISc to JVH)
2. You can also take prepaid autorickshaw for Rs.80 – 100/- to reach JVH, Gymkhana gate of the IISc campus.

From Bangalore Cantonment Railway Station:

To International Guest House (I-house):

1. Please take an autorickshaw to reach "Mekhri Circle" (Rs.50-70/-) from there, please take any bus from Majestic towards "Yelahanka" and get down at "Byatarayanpura signal”. From there please take an auto rickshaw (Rs.40/-) to reach JNCASR. Metered auto rickshaw (Rs.120-180/-) is also an option to reach JNCASR.
2. You can also take an autorickshaw for Rs.120 – 180/- (approx) to reach JNCASR

To Jawahar Visitors' House (JVH): Please take a prepaid auto rickshaw for Rs.90-140/- (approx.) to reach JVH, Gymkhana gate of the Indian Institute of Science campus.

From Yeshwantpura Railway Station:

To International Guest House (I-house):

1. You can take an autorickshaw from the stand approximate cost is Rs.60 – 70/- to reach “Mekhri Circle”, from there you can take any bus from Majestic towards “Yelahanka” and get down at "Byatarayanpura signal”. From there please take an autorickshaw (Rs.40/-) to reach JNCASR.
2. You can take a prepaid auto rickshaw for Rs.150 – 180/- (approx.) to reach JNCASR.

To Jawahar Visitors' House (JVH): JVH is approximately 1 Km. from Yeswantpura railway station. Please take an autorickshaw (Rs.20-30/-) to reach JVH, gymkhana grounds at the IISc campus.

From Yelahanka Railway Station:

To International Guest House (I-house):You can take any bus from “Yelahanka” towards "Majestic" and get down at " Byatarayanpura signal”. From there please take an autorickshaw (Rs. 40/-) to reach JNCASR.

To Jawahar Visitors' House (JVH):

1. Please take any bus from “Yelahanka” towards "Majestic" and get down at "Mekhri Circle". From there please take an autorickshaw (Rs. 50-70/-) to reach JVH.
2. You can take an autorickshaw (Rs.160-240/-) is also an option to reach JVH.

Transport from Bus Station

          Bangalore bus stand is quite near to the city railway station. Please follow the information provided in section "From City Railway Station".

• Majestic bus stand is the central bus stand of Bangalore from where you can get inter/intra city buses.
